I'm using Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H motherboard. It beep once many times when using computer. Is it RAM problem? I'm using Kingston KVR1600 4GB DDR2 desktop RAM. Is it time to change RAM?

Probably overheating, or a fan (CPU, usually) failure. Those are the two most common causes of BIOS beeping during actual operation. A distant third, is a keyboard rollover buffer exceeded beep, which can be caused by a defective or stuck keyboard key. That one is easy to diagnose; just swap keyboards and see if the beep goes away.

Actually the problem had been happening for the past few months. I reseated and changed the RAM position and the problem was gone. After about one month, it was back again.

is there a pattern to the beeps? perhaps that can tell you what is wrong.

it could be your battery dying. just a guess.

It beeps randomly when I open programs.
I'm not just being be pedantic, but while the beeping might seem random, it's obviously not (unless something's very wrong). Keep close track of it for a day or two - which programs cause it to beep (and what other programs are open at the time), whether they're single or multiple beeps, and whether they're "short" or "long" beeps. Without that sort of information, all anyone can do is make random, general comments about what "might conceivably" cause BIOS warning or error signals.

I checked the CPU temp is around 80c from HWMonitor. Is it my CPU cooler not working? I'm using Intel stock cooler.
