It's actually still one of the least of my problems in life in reality, I have an older aunt still says I never forget anything.

But there is a history of Alzhiemrers in the family.

Happened to my dad about 5 years ago.
 
People who are aerobically fit have brains that work better so keep up with your cardio and get enough sleep.
