why is my KT7-A Raid SoftMenu only clocks to 10.5 X 133??

i have an unlocked 1.4 amd chip running on a KT7A-Raid MOBO, i cant seem to overclock more than 1400 MHZ!!
now its set to 10.5 X 133 = 1400 and thats the max i am getting outta of it. the softmenu option dont have anymore options, i know i am doing something wrong. what i do?
