why is my FS thread locked?

Why has My Thread to sell coupons been locked. Rules do not allow codes these are not codes they are actual coupons. I have made no mention of codes in the tread.

The rules do not allow the sale of coupons or coupon codes.

No alcohol, tobacco, firearm, or any weapons sales.

BTW, why did you give yourself a neutral in your own Heat?
