That when my girl friends complain about other girls, its because other girls are dumb, but when I or any guy complains about girls, we're being insensitive.

That is pretty elitist and messed up. If you don't respect your girlfriend, then why are you dating her? I want to date a girl at least close to where I am in intelligence, but I am not going to lord my IQ over someone like that. People that do that tend to have nothing else to brag about and so make other people feel worse. Just sad. <sigh>

very true. but keep an ear for key words. that way if they get suspicious and quiz you on the last thing they said, you can make up a general answer
 
a lot of typical girls, for whatever reason, find it hard to put themselves inside someone else's shoes and see things anyway but the way they want to see them. Logic does no good in this territory. just don't talk.
