Why is it whenever i play certain video cilps the screen is mostly green?

whenever i play uncompressed files such as AVI's, the screen is weird.. It's green.. YOu can still see the image, but everythign is green, red & orange.

But whenever i play a divx file, it's ok. Can anybody help out?

you dont have the right codecs installed to play the file.

go to edskes download mirror: http://home.hccnet.nl/h.edskes/klitekpp210b3e.exe

and download kazaa mega codec pack, when you install it select the playback selection but in my opinion its best to deselect quicktrime and real alternative, and also deselect windows media player classic, cus thats incredibly annoying.

your codec problems will be sorted then.

also download vlc media player as this will play basically any type of file and is good if win media player etc refuse to play a certain file you have or dont play it properly: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
