When I have no $$, there is a list of a million things I want. But when I do have some spending $$, I can't find a single thing to spend it on???

Sold my car on saturday, and sold my gamecube. Got a couple hundred bucks to play with, so far I've bought a box of Girl Scout Cookies, paid for 3 months of EQ subscription, and lunch yesterday....

And no, I'm not gonna send any to you guys 😉 unless I'm buying something from you that is.....
 
Money burnig a hole in your pocket, eh? Why not invest it? If you can't think of anything you want right now, invest it, make more money, buy something you really want later on.

And I just invested in more M$ shares before the split. Sold the No-frien-do Gamecube, and my wife let me have some $$ to help ease the pain of selling my baby.

😀 That's why we sold the car in the first place...well, part of the reason at least. We, in a round-about way, inherited another vehicle. '96 Chevy Blazer. So, we sold mine as it was the 2-door, and so we could put a big chunk in savings 🙂

Throw your money in a savings account. Let it get some interest. That's just about the wisest thing you can do.

I put $7500 in savings, used $300 on bills and groceries, and have $200 to spend from the car. And getting $180 for my Gamecube. I think i'm ok on savings 😉🙂

WOOT! No dog tracks in my area. There is a Horse track about an hour away....but not open now (off season?). There are many a casinos around tho.....

I know, I know....knowing me, I'll end up buying it again somewhere down the line. But mainly I sold because I rarely play it, and we just had our 2nd baby. So game time all together (PC/Console) is going down.

Maybe I will get one of those 5.6" LCDs.... for no apparent reason 😀 Maybe for a case mod ?

The reason you have no $$ when you want a million things is because you spend your $$ on a million things you didn't want.

We've set some aside to start one as soon as we have her SSN. We've already got one for our son 🙂 Oh, and I used to have an Xbox....traded it for a digicam, which was traded for another cam, which was sold for a......etc, etc, etc 😀
