Why is it that the AT moderators and or AT staff themselves refuse to budge when it comes to issues like "creating more forums", splitting off forums like P&N,renaming it to P&R or other "forum enhancement" suggestions? I feel as though every time a suggestion to improve this forum is made, nothing is done about it and it's simply locked. I post this in OFF TOPIC because forum issues is less trafficked than OFF TOPIC.
I feel as thought there is growing frustration and anger agianst the moderators and it feels as though tension amongst members is on the rise. I remember not so long ago when these forums felt much more like a community where if one asked for help, they'd get tons of USEFUL replies in a timely manner and everyone looked out for each other but now it feels like a hostile environment where everyone has their own agenda and is either on here to vent their anger or for some other unknown reason.
Maybe it's because there is a huge influx of new members and that every time a 'seasoned member' or one with the technical know-how helps a new member, they don't feel like they've really accomplished anything because either these members leave soon as their question is answered or they think "what's the point?" 🙁 I don't really know, seems like speculation to me..
Makes me kind of sad to have to think of what these forums have degenerated into...
