Why is it that people who are the most ignorant on something are also the strongest in their feelings?

Example, the guy who said (search) that Japan was a communist country was arguing with about 5 people who said he was an idiot.

Anyone else notice this?

I'd have to agree w/ Goose, but maybe I'm baised from living in Texas. You'd think Texas would be home to a ton of smart Conservatives, but you'd be wrong. I bet the same goes with CA and the NE.

I'd have to agree w/ Goose, but maybe I'm baised from living in Texas. You'd think Texas would be home to a ton of smart Conservatives, but you'd be wrong. I bet the same goes with CA and the NE.

Philadelphia has its closet Republicans. Many of them are afraid to even say they are a conservative. Both the poor and rich areas are dark blue.

Kerry 524,752 81%
Bush 125,727 19%

So yeah, I get the reverse, (even though I don't live in Philadelphia).
