why is it that my screensaver never comes on?

i don't know what's wrong with this thing


I have the screensaver to turn on after 10 minutes.. and the monitor to turn off after 20 minutes...

I go away for couple hours, come back and the monitor is still on and there isn't a screensaver. Is there something I need to fix?
