why is it so hard to find small metric drill bits?

Damn, can't find those anywhere.
I go to SEARS and they've got plenty of metric threading kits, wrenches and other tools but no metric drill bits.

Yes it has to be precise. The closest equivalent gives to much slop.

What are you using them for?

I am making a 4mm bushing for my RC car. It's mod to take out slop in the suspention and I need to fit a 4 mm hinge pin in the bushing.

Stepped are not OK and the hobby store has none.
