The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. it mostly depends on the car but you should figure that a turbo car has been driven by a testosterone(sp?) crazed maniac who kept iit in the boost all day long and never let the engine idle to cool the turbo down so the engine or turbo will inevitably fail soon after 100,000 miles. This is not always the case but is general rule of thumb.
because you have to let the oil run through the turbo to cool it off. Otherwise the hot oil sits in the turbo and eventually causes it to fail. And how long you have to levae your car runnin depends on how much you were using the turbo.
no problem. Just remember to treat a turbo engine with respect and it should last just as long as a Normally Aspirated one. Also keep in mind this is not nescessary for a supercharged engine as it is an entirely different beast.

What do you mean? You mean a high-horsepower machine without a turbo hasn't to be treated like a turbo one, right? >>
If you mean one with large displacement then no. It does not have to work as hard to make the horsepower. But a turbo engine is usually smaller 3.0L or smaller and has to work a lot harder to make as much horsepower and torque as say a 455. Of course most high horsepower turbo engines have reinforced internals to be able to handle the boost.
