I heard that it was illegal to use cat or dog or horse meat in food. Why? It's legal to use cow and pig meat so why not dog, cat and horse meat? I bet there are some peopel that would buy it if it tasted good and was cheap.

Its a cultural thing. Us americans are pretty spoiled and usually have all the food we want at our fingertips so things like this become laws but if I was starving and it was bugs or dogs, bye bye fido.

Was walking through a market in Seoul, and right along side people selling pigs and chickens and stuff, was a lady selling puppies in a little cage.. I don't think she was selling them as pets...
