it is only when I have a cd-rw in my liteon 16x10x40x. when I'm surfing w/winamp on my cpu temps are usually 1C-2C above case temp. as soon as I put in a cdrw it goes up 7-10deg., take cdrw out drops right back down. CPUcool tells me cpu usage is the same(about 6%) with or without a cdrw in my drive. also I checked the temp in the bios just to make sure it wasn't a software issue, its not, bios reads the same. any ideas why this is happening?
