why is Exchange Server 2013 hiding?

Why does it seem so easy to find a copy of Exchange Server 2010, but very few places seem to be selling 2013?

For example, Amazon and Newegg both seem to not be carrying Exchange 2013....
 
google shopping search for exchange 2013 shows many stores selling it. There isn't much demand for exchange in retail packs - more like open license given the cost!
