The combination of Intel's silly expensive pricing structure for LGA2011 chips plus the silly stupid delay between launching the mainstream quad-core variants (IB has been out for a year now) and the 6-core versions for LGA2011 basically makes it an irrelevant snoozer for 99.8% of everyone who frequents these forums.
Claiming it will "beat any Haswell" is no different than the people who claim an FX-8350 beats an i7-3770K...yes it will for a handful of extremely well-threaded applications. For all the stuff that most people use it won't be better, just more expensive and a year behind Haswell on the "cool" curve.
