Your argument is illogical. Even if having an orgasm increases the probability of becoming pregnant (a claim not supported by the evidence), it doesn't follow that the ONLY way to get pregnant is to have an orgasm.

Your argument is analogous to claiming that since driving at least 20 MPH over the speed limit increases the probability of getting into an accident, everyone who gets in an accident must have driven at least 20 MPH over the speed limit.

As for orgasims and woman are concerned they are far more complicated and arousal actually starts in the frontal cortex of the brain and the orgasim itself is occurs and happens as function brain activity. Whereas for men arousal can be caused just by physical sensations on the penis's nerve endings alone and the act of ejaculation can occur without a man being aroused mentally.

In essence you could essentially detach a man's head from his body and keep his body alive via medical means and the penis would still function as designed and become aroused and engorged with blood and eventually ejaculate sperm. Where as orgasims for women are far more complicated affairs and require more effort to induce because the brain plays a larger role in inducing a orgasim in a woman then it does with a man.

As to whether or not a baby should be carried to term due to rape or no rape cases, etc is not and should not be up to government to decided.

Ahh, but it has been demonstrated that women who lie horizontal after sex do have a higher chance of becoming pregnant than those who do not.
