Why is every store like this...

You go into Best buy, circuit city or what have you and about 75% of the time some of the machines will have a password protected screen saver. Am i to believe that the employees at these stores aren't able to rename(or delete) the .cpl for the display properties? It takes about 27 seconds and you wont have punk kids being dorks and ruining it for everyone else. sorry if i offend anyone.

Just reboot the machine. When it restarts set your own password.
