Why is etronixs thread locked?

I have posted many times before and always seen people asking about "buying experiences". Why is my thread locked regarding etronixs??

I think that if the title had a "deal" in it, and in your post you simply added a question about the company, it wouldn't have been locked, but since the krux of the thread was asking about the company it got locked. BTW, this will be locked too.

double locksville daddio! This is the "Hot Deals" forum, not the "can anyone tell me about this company not-that-it's-a-hot-deal forum". I for one am glad that the mods lock all these messages because otherwise this forum would be overrun with non-hot deal posters like yourself. There's a place for people like you, it's called Off Topic. Don't feel bad, lot's of senior members make this mistake.....not!

Actually there WAS a deal message imbedded! i had asked if it was any good and would they pricematch the $86 of another site. $86 for the SL-9000 remote is a good deal!
