Why is CoolerMaster 210 cases so expensive???

Fry's is selling them for $299. I love the case a lot but blowing $300 into a case is a bit too much for me... Just wonder why is it so expensive and where does it sell for lower price? TIA

Coolermaster has a new case coming out, mid May = ATC 710

Coolermaster uses aluminum for the front panel and exterior side panels..

..also has aluminum plate door to cover mismatching 5.25 and 3.5 beige drives

..but to reduce costs, the internals are steel.

From the pictures of the sliding bay covers and purple fan holders, it looks like an Antec 1000 series case internally.

Heard somewhere else that the case is expected to be priced at $169!

(..may be a Lian Li PC60 killer)

..time to save that lunch money

That's not expensive. I saw the case at CompUSA and they were trying to sell it for $499.00! I had to ask the CompUSA employee 3 times if that was the right price, because I didn't believe it! I even asked him "Is that for a complete system"? :Q

actually, the local frys here in austin has em for $249.

I actually have the azure case. that 710 looks sweet! even the insides. Im sorta ticked that the inside of this 210 case is not as mod friendly when it comes to peripherals and HDs. there is no sliding rack for them. also, no fans in front make for a warm case on the insides...esp since there is only a fan on top and one in back.

but the design is one of the purtiest around. 😉

that 710 would be ideal if they dropped it to $169 like <FONT face=Verdana size=1>Neuroanatomist said.
