Except from medical reasons that are not there in most cases (that's why in europe there are few circumcised people).

The fact that girls might like cut or uncut penis more becomes irrelevant if everyone is the same. The fact that a cut penis is gross is caused by the excuses that cut penises in denial use.

I think that someone should be able to decide autonomously when he's old enough to weigh the pro and cons.

Besides studies showing being cut contributes to sexual dysfunction later in life, cut men take longer to get aroused, and stay aroused less then uncut, its more difficult for cut men to stay aroused while wearing a condom,,,,,,,.
