They. Not he.

They were all captured in the war zone and participating in terrorist activities. Watch the news.

I watch the news.

The point is none of that is proven.

If you want to prove that you have to go to court.

If you go to court you have to provide evidence and back up the evidence.

The UK and USA government doesn't want to do that as they either don't have the evidence or don't want to provide it to the court.

These people you call terrorist (who may or may not be) have never been charged with anything and, therefore, in the eyes of the law are innocent.
The UK government is crap on many levels but its you guy who dropped the ball on this one. You cant just lock people up without due process and expect there to be no fallout when you release them.

I really don't think the US or UK governments want to question this sort of thing in a court of law.

Mohamed, a British resident held at the prison from 2004 until last year, was first arrested in Pakistan in 2002 and handed over to the U.S. before being moved to Morocco and then Afghanistan on his way to Guantánamo. He claims he was abused in Pakistan under the supervision of U.S. agents and tortured after being "rendered" to Morocco, where he also alleges Britain's MI5 fed questions to his Moroccan interrogators via the CIA.

I just read this today: http://www.time.com/time/world/article/0,8599,2032004,00.html

Why has Britain become so gutless to pay terrorist. They need to grow a pair.

I'd try to explain this to you but you would never get how Muslims can be afforded rights in a free country so i'll refrain.

There are three parts to this story, one is about unlawful conduct by the MI6, one is about intelligence flaws and the third is about the legal system of the UK.

None of you will ever be bright enough to understand it so let me just explain to you that these men were found innocent, that they were provided with information they did not seek out and that they cannot be held for doing nothing wrong.

That should be clear enough for the average retard, if you are even more retarded, let me know and i'll try to dumb it down further.

Sounds like enough to keep them locked up at BAF for the rest of their lives.

JOS.

You are wrong. They never went to court so they could not be found innocent. Britain paid them off as they are a bunch of pussies.

I see nothing wrong with water boarding as a means to gather information from insurgents or suspected insurgents captured in a war zone. None of their accusations were proven or not.

It appears also that none of the accusations against them were proven.

I'm sure you in your Christian morality see nothing wrong with rape, incest, torture, murder or anything of the sort if it happens to people you don't know but rest assured, it's not tolerated amongst UK ranks, we are professionals, if we wanted to be fucking retarded pieces of torturers, we would just hire our enemy to do our job.

I see nothing wrong with torturing you, after all, i'm sure i can find someone who dislikes you and is willing to accuse you of something.

I've spent the last 25+ years doing one job and here you are, a little twat, telling me that i'm wrong? Fuck you, if you like this kind of conduct, move to Saudi Arabia or Iran, you'd love their justice system you sick twisted fuck.

I'm fairly sure you'd sue if you went through the same thing and your guilt could not be proven to the point where you could even be prosecuted, just await it, there will be BILLIONS paid out to the detainees the US are holding and they deserve every fucking penny of it if they cannot be charged in either military or civil court, don't like it, well again, SA or Iran, you'd love it.

Isn't it funny how you hate outdated customs when their British but defend them when they're Muslim?

Not really because I have a history on this forum of bashing some Muslim customs, especially the one forcing minorities to pay a tax.

The same reason we try a terrorist in civilian court. We are stupid.

Even the Press is afraid to speak out against terrorists and terrorism. Doing so might get you killed.

By this rationale I could be picked up for walking the streets of Juarez, I mean it's a war zone right? I must be a combatant - time for the plunger and the car battery to the ballsack. Nevermind that perhaps I actually live there and the war came to me, sorry that my feet couldn't carry me away from my ancestral home more quickly.

They didn't live there. They were British.
