Why is baseball so hard to watch

Football and basketball so much easier to watch...but so difficult to follow the entire baseball season..zzzzz

Hey, someone who I agree with! I can watch basketball all the time, but baseball has got to be one of the most boring spectator sports. I even find table tennis to be more interesting *waits for baseball fans to hurl stones*

It's not that I find basketball boring, at all. I love to play it, it's just that NBA players drive me freaking crazy. If it's college ball, then I will watch.

It's not that I find basketball boring, at all. I love to play it, it's just that NBA players drive me freaking crazy. If it's college ball, then I will watch.

but the players dont stand around like in baseball. More action on the screen in basketball.

But I see your point, pro BBall is horrible, college on the other hand is sweet!

Yeah, every March, I get lost in this daze of college bball. Baseball is slow, no doubt, but it's great to watch a pitcher take down batter after batter. It's the skill and strategy that draws me in.

Not really. I mean sure, the players are constantly running back and forth, back and forth, but there's really not much more going on. About the only sport that I can watch on TV with any regularity is football.

i understyand how some people view it as boring,but to me baseball bring a sorta of grinding unique tension that other sports simply cannot match.

I love playing sports... I hate watching sports. I can stand watching football sometimes, although there are some very boring games. I can stand watching basketball and soccer too, but there even more boring games to watch of those sometimes then there is in football. I can watch hockey with no problem. I can watch rugby with no problem. I can't watch baseball. I can watch women's volley ball in bikinis. I can't watch mens volleyball in bikinis. I think that about sums it all up.
