Why is Access Doing This?

I'm using Access for my internship and I'm entering data into the table view. I save, quit Access, come back, and the order of my data is different. The data stays in the correct row with the name, but the order switches. This has happened on two seperate files. Any ideas and any way to stop it? Thanks
