UPS.. grr... I just tracked my package.. and it was scanned in early this morning at the local facility, about 10 minutes from my house. Whenever I see an arrival scan i know i should have it that day or the next.
Well.. i called UPS, and they said it was scheduled for delivery on the 6th! 2 days!! WTF?? why is my package sitting in the damn warehouse for 2 days?!?!?!?!?

boggles the mind!!

Offer to swing by and pick it up?
As far as it sitting there in the warehouse for a while, it might have to do with truck schedules and there being too many things to load the trucks already. Just a guess.

We should start an official "UPS can suck my @$$" thread, compile our grievances, then bring up a huge class-action lawsuit :D

Betweeen that and emotional distress caused by Fry's, just think of all the hardware we could score :)

They track how many times you log in for status. The more you check, the more they use it for a soccer ball.

It's the same premise as watching water boil... the more you look at it, the longer it takes to boil. ;)

UPS is great for commercial deliveries. So if you can, try to have your stuff delivered to a commercial address and you won't have to deal with such nonsense.
