Why is a package sitting in the warehouse for 2 days before delivery????

UPS.. grr... I just tracked my package.. and it was scanned in early this morning at the local facility, about 10 minutes from my house. Whenever I see an arrival scan i know i should have it that day or the next.
Well.. i called UPS, and they said it was scheduled for delivery on the 6th! 2 days!! WTF?? why is my package sitting in the damn warehouse for 2 days?!?!?!?!?

Offer to swing by and pick it up?
As far as it sitting there in the warehouse for a while, it might have to do with truck schedules and there being too many things to load the trucks already. Just a guess.

We should start an official "UPS can suck my @$$" thread, compile our grievances, then bring up a huge class-action lawsuit

Betweeen that and emotional distress caused by Fry's, just think of all the hardware we could score

They track how many times you log in for status. The more you check, the more they use it for a soccer ball.

It's the same premise as watching water boil... the more you look at it, the longer it takes to boil.

UPS is great for commercial deliveries. So if you can, try to have your stuff delivered to a commercial address and you won't have to deal with such nonsense.
