Reasons why I think AnandTech forum is better
_____There are many forum websites all over the internet, each there for a different purpose. But, there is one forum website that stands out from them all, and that is AnandTech forums. Why? Its enhanced post/thread creation features, welcoming and smart forum community, and the organized neatness of the forum website. Only these three major reasons, out of the many other reasons why, will be further explained in the following paragraphs.
_____First, the post/thread creation interface feature, run by vBulliten, is a first class interface. It makes creating threads less of a hassle, has the ability to add emoticons, and the ability to add tags, polls, and post icons.
_____In many forum websites that do not run on vBulliten, making a new post/thread on a forum can become a nightmare if you want a customization of the text or a image on the new thread or post. One example is the Craigslist forum, where in order to do things that vBulliten does for you, on the Craigslist forum you need to know HTML code, since it is a text typed based forum. Thus uploading images or using emoticons there is impossible, leading to my next point.
_____Some forums do not have the ability for its forum users to upload and post images, or use emoticons. One reason to this is to avoid any copyright violations that may occur by someone uploading copyrighted material. This feature of imoticons and image uploading, is not available on forums, where posts/threads are permanent and can't be deleted.
_____Not all forum sites have the ability to make polls.....
*I just got tired
typing maybe I will come on later on this week and post in the reply a continuation of the essay. *
