when i try to sighing to MSN server this message is appear

Signing in to MSN Messenger Service failed because the service is
not responding. The service is not available or you may not be connected to
the Internet. Check your proxy server settings on the Connection tab.



i change my proxy server but the same message is still appear

i used leased line

The stupid server for MSN goes down a lot where I live. I get that message at least once a week. Right now though, it's working fine for me.
 
I had this problem,if you are using ZoneAlarm make sure it`s allowing MSN messenger access,btw I updated my MSN messenger but you`ve to reset ZoneAlarm to allow access again.
