Why I cannot update my E-mail profile?

After I update my E-Mail address, the system said that my E-mail is banned ..???? Why??
How can I update my new E-Mail add then??
 
Is there any way to stop the server from flooding messages. I hit the reply key 3 times and tis is the result.
I hope there is a delete button somewhere to delete the triple posting🙂
