Why has dathorn sucked so bad lately?

I just sent another trouble ticket in to their email. Members of our site cannot reach it if they are out of the country. 😕 Korea, Canada, some parts of Europe. Very strange, and if it keeps up we will be looking for a new host.
 
I'm on cpanel24 and I've not had any problems at all.

Are you both on cpanel21? Anything happening besides not being able to access 1 server from outside the US?
