Why go with nForce4

What are the advantages to nForce4, besides SATA II (which isn't all that useful now), NCQ (which doesn't offer that much performance increase), and ActiveArmor (might as well use router firewall or zone alarm or the like), and overclocking?

Jaja. And because the nVidia chipset was earlier and more widely available, everyone took what was offered.

Um, didn't read or been doing this that long huh? The K8T890 was around before nForce 4 and prior Via was around before nForce 3......etc.....😉

Hmm, seemingly there doesn't seeem to be that much difference, but I do know that nforce4 is the stablest (and closest to intel's chipsets) as well.
