ok guys so i'm pretty much having nice time with my 6850 cf.... i don't know how many times i must have stated that in the forums:confused: so that itself should give u an idea:D.....

but the thing is i was using 10.10d catalyst hotfix up till yesterday .....so i changed the drivers to 10.12 catalyst (no hotfix)....... the flickering that was in the previous drivers still remains.... now i dont know whether it's flickering or what but i'll describe it to all of u-->

most of the time the image looks nice n u can't even figure out there's some sort of color disturbance but when there's a too bright object like snow in the game then u can see the shade of white changing rapidly from red to green...it doesn't totally ruin the color of objects but still noticeable ..... and also when there's a scene in the game where there's a lot of foliage and grass and plants....greenery in short and when the scene is taking place in dark then there are strange vertical or horizontal lines that are visible on grass and some objects especially when the camera is moving ........ this all is most significant in FPS games....even on my desktop if i take myself too close to the screen i can see some horizonatal gaps lined alternately to the rows of pixels which also make me doubt if the pixel rows are only 450 rather than 900 which they should be as desktop resolution is 1600 x 900...... wat if in the games too the 1080p screen is actually outputting only 540 rows of pixels rather than 1080........

You are one driver set too old; AMD did have some issues with flickering with HD68x0 on the older sets

Use the very latest (hotfix) 11.1a (or performance) or WHQL 11-1 (for stability).

If you still experience the same flickering, it may be due to the way CCC is set up - use 'High quality' settings and experiment with AA/AF settings and checkbox settings

Also, make sure that CF is set up properly and that your interconnect bridge is not damaged

EDIT:
Make sure you set your resolution in CCC properly - not only in "Desktop properties" - but also with your display's scaling in CCC. There are a lot of new tabs in the latest Catalyst Control Center.
