Why don't we say "Fafo" instead of "Mofo"?

Mofo is a derogatory term. It means "Mother Fvcker". But I think calling someone a "Father Fvcker" is even more derogatory. Therefore, it seems it would be natural for the term "Fafo" to supercede the term "Mofo". Yet, it hasn't happened. This indicates that evolutionary forces do not apply to derogatory terms. Interesting, is it not?
