It's because he's a sports celeb It's a problems with the leauges. Look at the NY Yankee pitcher in the 90's Howe or something like that. He was caught using drugs &amp; he was allowed back 5 times (after lifetime bans). Also the NHL player Marty McSorley (sp?) hits another hockey player in the head with a stick. He only gets a 23 game suspension and 18 months probation.

We should make them pay the price like any other normal person (ie. that actor whatever Downey Jr.).
