Why Don't My CPU Temps on NEO2 ever match in CoreCentre/BIOS vs. MBM5 or Sandra ?!?!?!?

I can't figure out why my bios and msi's core centre cpu temps, which I guess is taking its temps from bios, never match temps I get from mbm5 or sandra or most other cpu monitors. Look at this:

Yeah, I have this problem too, but I don't know what is causing it.
