Why don't killer whales eat people?

Killer whales eat fish, sharks, seals, dolphins, other smaller and larger whales, polar bears, moose, etc etc basically anything that swims or is capable of swimming. Except humans. There has never been a recorded human attack. Sharks are known to attack people when they look like their prey, ie seals, so why not killer whales? They wouldn't have any problems killing a person; just look at how they kill seals.

Dead seal

Now, if we switch the seal with a human...

Dead person

See, they wouldn't have any problems killing people.

Do you have verifiable documentation to prove that killer whales have never eaten a human? Hmm, hmm, I thought not.

Because they're smart dude. They know if they start eating up people we'll lay a can of major whoop ass down on 'em.

Hopefully, maybe just one day, HappyPuppy can be the first documented victim of a killer whale.

The waters that killer whales swim in are much too cold for humans to be swimming in. Most shark attacks happen to surfers and there isn't a whole lot of surfing to be done in alaska

They know if they eat a human, they'll be added to the "axis of evil", and we will take them over and turn them into a democracy.

LOL at that picture.

When I was living in San Francisco, about 8 years ago, someone happened to get video of a killer whale killing and eating a large Great White that got too close to the whale's baby. It was pretty amazing how easily the whale just devoured the shark. Prior to that time, the researchers apparently thought white sharks and killer whales never interacted.

Geez! BTW, the video is worthless.

a 10-FT great white isn't nearly full grown...not saying a full grown killer whale wouldn't do the same to a full grown great white though....

I don't think that's the same video I saw, years ago. You could clearly see the whale chomp into the shark and shake it into two pieces. It was pretty intense.
