Why dont companies who are car audio/video exclusive enter the home audio/video market

Take for example Alpine. They make fine car audio/video products. Why not start designing and manufacturing their own line of home audio receivers, speakers or HDTVs?

Or how about a Harmon Kardon or Denon headunit in your car?
