Why doesn't the British Monarchy step up and take more responsibility for Hezbollah and Hamas et. al and work to protect Israel from random suicide bombers and terrorists?

because the British Monarchy = figureheads with no real political power?

from wiki:

The monarch holds a weekly audience with the Prime Minister, as well as regular audiences with other members of the Cabinet. The monarch may express his or her views, but, as a constitutional ruler, must ultimately accept the Prime Minister's and Cabinet's decisions. Walter Bagehot, the nineteenth century constitutional writer, summarises this concept, "the Sovereign has, under a constitutional monarchy ... three rights?the right to be consulted, the right to encourage, the right to warn."

Nope.. not at all.. but the British are leaving Israel to accept all the blame and take all the punishment etc..

The British and the Germans caused most all of this.. True? Well, and the twisted religious zealots...

If I could go back in time 90 or so years, I'd happily sink the fvcking Goeben before it reached Constantinople.
