Why doesn't Newegg.com have a corporate account plan like most reputable e-commerce websites?

I've ordered so much stuff from them and yet, everytime I ask them about setting up a corporate account with a line of credit, they tell me no.

Is it so hard to hire someone to implement this?

My boss frowns on the fact that I have to use the company card everytime we make a purchase. Which is why, most of the time, we order from places like Dell or CDW. It's just easier to email our rep what we want than to search through the site and having to fill out the forms. Don't they know that they're losing A LOT of business this way? If you make it easy for your customers to order sh1t, they will come back for more! Maybe its run out of someone's garage :|

Maybe, NewEgg doesn't care to do higher-volume corporate sales.

Because it's expensive to do. Look at the prices at Dell and CDW, and look at the prices at Newegg.

Newegg is able to beat both of them on a majority of prices because they cut the fluff.

Newegg has never screamed "professional" to me. I don't care for their website or their service, so I shop elsewhere.

Newegg fears their competition buying off them and reselling at a very low margin. Also, they cycle stock painfully fast and could not comfortably have businesses gobbling up 20, 30, 100 identical items at a time

And I don't know about you, but it takes me 5 minutes at most to compile a Newegg order for $3000.

exactly...try expensing $3000 in my company...
