Why doesn't my Dell 2007WFP remember my settings?

Whenever I set the Wide Mode to 1:1 it keeps going back to Fill. So every time I play a game at say 1280x720 I have to go into the menu and change it to 1:1.

Is there any way to set it to 1:1 so that it stays at 1:1?
