Why doesn't Morpheus give me any mp3s with more than 128 kbps?

Using version 1.3.3 and I can't get any search results with bitrates higher than 128 kbps, anyone know why?

because the RIAA is buckling down on them.. theres a way to get it higher than 128 but it involes editing the registry
