...a cpu consisting of about 10 pentiums on a chip? i'd rather have 10 pentiums on a chip than one pentium 4. think of it: cheap multiprocessing! or how about 100 8086 chips on a cpu. that'd be sweet! or how about 1 8086 made on a .13 micron process running at 20ghz?

A 20 GHz 8-bit processor? Scary.

Though I could play some my CGA games wicked-fast.

I'm no computer engineer, but I think the necessary interface for that would probably be mind-boggling in complexity.

Yeah, the package requirement for 10 processors on a die would be nuts! I have seen an IBM package with 8 RISC processors, and it was about 1/4-1/3 the size of an ATX mobo.
