I went to HP's site to find a driver for my webcam. It took me to a page for ordering a CD.

Why don't they offer driver downloads?

No, he's right. Every time I've looked up an HP webcam (which admittedly has not been a lot of times), they push right to a CD order page. It's free, not even a shipping charge, but still no download.

You shouldn't need a driver just to fire up the cam, though. I only ordered a new CD because the bonus programs on the CD that came with my cam didn't work on 64-bit W7, the revised version on their orderable CD did.

Well that really sucks. You think in 2010 they would have that for download but no dice.

For monitors, printers and scanners, I've always been able to go to HP.com and download drivers, software, etc...

So I don't need these 3 crappy Archsoft Programs?

Hmm... I'm going to try to deleting them then.
