I haveI'm using Win2k SP1, Via drivers 4.26 i believe with miniport drivers. I'd like to enable write behind caching but i can't because the option is greyed out. Here's a screenshot. Is this due to the Via drivers or what?

System:
Athlon K75 700
Asus K7V
No RAID controllers
Adaptec 19160 hooked to Plextor 12/4/32 CD-RW
No SCSI Hard drives

Win2k detects your ultra66/100 drives as scsi. It is the uata controller. Nothing to worry about, it is normal

The raid controller will be still seen as scsi . The fix is for the drives on via controller.
