Why Does VeeHd Make You Download the Plugin

You don't really need it to play videos, and I suspect that it loads malware/spyware to your computer. Happily, I was able to get around it.


So, what do you suppose are VeeHd's motives for requiring the plugin? Do you suppose that they get some sort of kickbacks?
