Why does UPS suck so much?

I ordered a dell 2005 fp and tried to get it delivered to my house:

First attempt, 10:46 AM, nobody home, leaves slip. I sign the back and check the box.
Second attempt, 11:12 AM, nobody home, he takes slip, doesn't leave monitor, says "adult signature required in person" (then wtf am I checking that box off for), leaves another slip.
3rd attempt, 12:40 PM (who the fvck is home daily at these times??!?), I was home due to dentist appointment, he comes by, asks for my ID, says I'm not 21, REFUSES to deliver me MY OWN MONITOR (on my credit card), takes it back to his UPS sh*thole which is a 30 minute drive for me.

UPS is by FAR the worst shipping service, just leave the fvcking package on the fvcking doorstep and be on your way thank you very much.

It's your driver.

I've always had great experiences with UPS, mostly because they leave all my stuff at my door.
 
They love to play football with most of their packages. Of all the UPS deliveries I've recieved, only a few finished their journey in really good shape; most have had holes punched in the packing box, been partially crushed, etc. FedEx and the US Postal Service seem to do a lot better, IMO.

I don't like UPS... they crush my packages and never deliver early...

Fedex gets my packages to me when I need them and doesn't destroy them.

Fedex > UPS anyday...
