why does this pc BSOD on win2k pro when i copy a 100MB file over the network?

but when i copy smaller files it works fine...... why is this happening?
the pc is an AMD Tbird 650, 128 PC133, netgear NIC,
whats the prob?

Must be a VIA chipset. There is a patch in the newer drivers that should solve it.
