Why does this folder pop up when i boot up???

I'm using Windows XP Pro. Every time I boot up, the "My Documents" folder pops up. Its not in my STARTUP or anything. Why the heck does it do this, and how do i get rid of it.

Also, how do I change it so that I can view ALL of my folders as "List" instead of "tile" or that other crap. (w/out having to go to each individual folder and changing it)

Try this Hope it helps. You can try searching that site for information about your My Documents folder opening up. I tried a search but couldn't come up with anything.
