Why does the Radeon All in wonder have such slow 2D

I did a clean install of WinXP and installed the new catalyst drivers for the Radeon All in Wonder, and 2D is really slow. Like when u click on start it takes a while and kinda slow when you drag windows. I mean Celeron systems with 810 integrated graphics are faster....

No problems here but that is a R8500

i suggest reinstalling your VIA AGP Drivers and then reinstall the catalyst

also does the computer recognize video card?
