Why does the left side nav menu not change size when..

when using the ctrl + method on a webpage, normally all tables increase in size, on the atot page, the left side nav menu does not. the text does, but not the table.

is there a reason?

is the overall table size limited in and of itself, i am not sure how the ctrl + or ctrl scrollwheel up work. jw
