Why does the forum keep logging me out?

I'm running Vista sp2 with IE8. Sometimes I can stay logged in a couple of days, sometimes only an hour or two.
I re-open my browser, go to ATOT and I am logged out. Of course I keep checking the box to keep me logged in.
I've gone into Privacy Options and told IE to always allow cookies from http://forums.anandtech.com/ but that doesn't help.
Any ideas?
